Civic Beautification
Our members help enhance the beauty of Long Valley by planting and maintaining municipal gardens and seasonal containers throughout the community. This includes caring for the authentic 1800s front door garden at the Washington Township Historical Society Building.
Community Education
Through educational exhibits, gardening programs, and community outreach, the club shares knowledge and encourages a deeper appreciation for horticulture, conservation, and sustainable gardening practices among residents of all ages.
Mother's Day Plant Sale
Each year, our popular Mother's Day Plant Sale offers a variety of beautiful plants including hanging baskets, patio containers, native plants, pollinator-friendly plants, herbs, and special selections grown by our members. Proceeds from the sale support our Civic Beautification Program and other community initiatives.
Additional Projects
Beyond our major projects, members participate in a variety of activities that support gardening, conservation, and community involvement. These include Garden Therapy, Flower Shows, Pollinator Plant Parties, Adopt-A-Street Clean-Up, and Recycling Programs.
